Congratulations to Expressions Theatre Company

Expressions Dance Company (EDC) was awarded the Dance and Physical Theatre Awards for Best Ballet or Dance Work and Best Choreography in a Dance or Physical Theatre Work (Natalie Weir) for Where The Heart Is at the 2011 Helpmann Awards. Where The Heart Is also recently won the Outstanding Performance Award and was nominated for three other awards at the Australian Dance Awards. This is an outstanding achievement for the EDC.

Audience Research

In 2009, the Australia Council for the Arts released national research data: More Than Bums on Seats: Australian participation in the arts. This research has since been extended by Arts Queensland, in partnership with the Australia Council, to delve deeper into Queensland's engagement in and attitude to the arts.  For a copy of the full report

arTour Audience Research
Research is vitally important to arTour to learn more about what  Queenslanders would like to see tour to their community. Surveys are being distributed at the end of each performance.
