Queensland Touring Showcase submissions are now open and will close on Friday 4 November. Four days out from submissions closing, this perfectly timed webinar will answer all your last minute questions and more.

Join arTour’s Creative Broker, Luke Harriman to understand the difference between pitching, performing and hosting a conversation circle and which platform will best showcase your work. Find out what presenters are looking for, how to frame your submission and how the event will run.

Before joining the webinar we strongly encourage all producers to register on the arTour website and become familiar with all of the steps in the submission process. If you have started your draft you will have time to make any necessary changes before submitting. Producers who have already submitted work for consideration may also find this session useful to get tips on valuable tweaks to tighten up their submissions.

A quick guide to Little-Lunch Webinars hosted by arTour

Our webinars are free to attend. You can listen in and type your questions via the messaging function for our guests to answer on the day.

All you need is a desktop computer or laptop with an internet connection and speakers (or headphones if you are in a shared office environment).

Then complete these three steps

  1. Software - Make sure you have the most current version of Adobe Flash Player which you can download for free here Adobe Flash Player – get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
  2. Register for the webinar using the individual link provided under each webinar above. You will then receive an email with a link direct to the webinar
  3. Log on - On the day use the JOIN NOW link on your registration confirmation email to log on – you will be taken to a holding page which will automatically direct you to the webinar at 1pm when we begin

Please do not access the webinar on your mobile devise (smart phone or tablet) as this will effect the video resolution for all participants in the webinar. If possible, please make arrangements to sign in from a computer so that everyone can enjoy a high quality broadcast.
