  1. Information on prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry.
  2. The Promoter is the Circa Contemporary Circus, trading as arTour, ABN 73154390575, of 420 Brunswick St, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006.
  3. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18 excluding directors, management and employees of the Promoter and any agencies, firms and/or companies associated with the Competition (including suppliers of the prize) and their immediate families. One entry only per subscriber.
  4. The competition closes at midnight on 29 September 2017.  No entries received after this closing date will be accepted.
  5. The draw will take place and winner notified on Monday 16 October 2017.
  6. One (1) prize winner will be randomly drawn from eligible entries.
  7. The winner will receive one Coles Myer voucher to the value of $70 AUD. The total prize value of the promotion is a maximum of $70.
  8. The prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable to any other person, except as provided in these terms and conditions.
  9. The winning entrant will be notified by email or telephone.
  10. No responsibility will be taken for any lost, damaged, or misdirected entry forms.
  11. The winner of this promotion agrees to allow his/her name and/or photograph to be used in conjunction with any advertising or promotion for, on behalf of, or at the direction of the Promoter.
