For generations she has graced the stage and screen, and is fondly remembered for being Maria in The Sound of Music and of course, the wonderful nanny in Mary Poppins. Now in one glorious stage production, Practically Perfect celebrates the life and music of the legendary Dame Julie Andrews.
Featuring some of her best known songs from shows such as Mary Poppins, My Fair Lady, The Sound of Music, Victor Victoria and more, interwoven with stories of her life both on and off the stage, be taken on an all singing, all dancing journey from the West End to Broadway and onto Hollywood.?
With beautiful costumes, extraordinary dancing together with some of the most memorable music ever written and sung, this is an exquisite musical tribute to a living legend which will thrill and delight audiences of all ages who will sing along to every tune.

JTM Productions is a small family company based in Melbourne. It's Executive Producer, Margaret Fisk has been involved in the event industry for over 35 years staging, managing and producing large scale conferences, concerts, industry nights, product launches, choral activities and theatre / musical theatre and cabaret productions.
JTM Productions started touring in 2014 with its show CALIFORNIA DREAMING – THE MUSIC OF THE MAMAS AND THE PAPAS which undertook several tours across Australia (2014, 2015, 2016) including touring New Zealand. Other shows include CAROLE KING – The Songbook Of Her Life which went on to tour Australia after launching at the Arts Centre in Melbourne and A FINE ROMANCE: The Magic of Fred Astaire which wowed audiences across Australia in 2016, 2017 and 2018. 2018 sees JUST A COUPLE OF SONG AND DANCE MEN touring to VIC, QLD and SA as well as touring to WA, VIC and QLD during 2019. PRACTICALLY PERFECT – The Music of Julie Andrews also toured in 2018 and has an extensive tour in 2019. In addition, her latest show A NIGHT IN VEGAS will be seen in 2018 and 2019 and DE-LOVELY The Life and Music of Cole Porter and REMEMBERING FRED AND GINGER (a whirlwind trip through their 10 movies) are currently in pre-production ready for late 2019/2020 tours.

In addition, venues can target children under the age of 18 by offering a dance workshop. The workshop consists of learning the Step in Time routine from the show which they then get to perform at the end as chimney sweeps, along with their own mini sweep.

Pre/Post Show Q & A
Tap / Percussion / Dance Workshops / Masterclass – these are tailored to the participants and in the past we have provided workshops for a range of ages and abilities. These have included working with the venue to provide basic tap or a masterclasses, providing a tap and movement workshop in Aged Care Facilities, Retirement Homes or Special Schools, classes for Dance Schools and Special Interest Groups. We can even a movement session specifically for those who have Dementia and / or their support workers or carers who wish to provide a music/dance session within the residential unit.
Performers are available for a Q & A with performing arts schools or upper secondary school students to discuss about being a performer, touring and coping within the arts industry.
Tap Dance Workshop for 20 school age children where they learn the Step in Time routine from the show which they then get to perform at the end as chimney sweeps, along with their own mini sweep. The workshop can include making their own chimney sweep and a discussion about what chimney sweeps used to do.
