Imaginary Theatre create theatre, arts experiences and engagement projects for children and young people. With an upcoming national tour the Imaginary team wanted to make their marketing kit extra user-friendly for all presenters across the country. They identified parents, teachers, school principals, childcare workers and librarians as key decision makers and influencers. Their kit targets these groups specifically with customised letters that highlight relevant hooks for each audience. For example the Librarians letter includes links to reading backed by research and a suggested in-library display. The kit also includes school newsletter content, media release, education resources, parents and carers resources and a promotions schedule to guide presenters through suggested campaign timelines. These tools make it easy for presenters to communicate with the right target audience and gives them confidence to roll out a proven strategy.
